It seems far-fetched, doesn’t it? It’s not to Alexandre Alfonso, King’s College, London. He makes a compelling argument by comparing compensation received among low-level gang members vis-a-vis the salaries associated with adjunct/part-time faculty members. Alfonso published his analysis in the LSE Impact Blog (London School of Economics and Political Science).
