From Inside Higher Education: “The DOJ has released the findings from four of its investigations, asserting that three University of California medical schools—Los Angeles, Davis and San Diego—as well as Yale University discriminated against applicants based on their race. But despite the volume of the investigations, little is known about how the administration is carrying out the investigations or choosing which institutions to scrutinize.”
