From Inside Higher Education: The following policies apply to the University of Iowa, Iowa State University, and the University of Northern Iowa. “Restructure the central, university-wide DEI offices to eliminate any unnecessary DEI functions for compliance or accreditation. Universities should also “review all college, department or unit-level DEI positions to determine whether DEI-specific job responsibilities are necessary for compliance, accreditation or student and employee support,” the board directed.
