PERSPECTIVES: Berkeley Dean Speaks Out re Bill Before California Legislature

If it becomes law, California SB 206 would enable a student-athlete to earn compensation as a result of the use of her/his name, image, or likeness. Erwin Chemerinsky, dean, UC Berkeley School of Law, urges the California State Assembly to follow the lead of the California State Senate and pass the bill. Gov.
